  • 400g de calabaza<\/li>\n
  • 1 kg de harina<\/li>\n
  • 50g de levadura fresca levital<\/li>\n
  • 100g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

    • Asar la calabaza pelada en trozos, con un poco de az\u00facar. 190\u00baC durante 40 minutos.<\/li>\n
    • Hacer un pur\u00e9 de calabaza con la calabaza asada y mezclar con harina y la levadura.<\/li>\n
    • Dejar reposar durante 1 hora, y reducir. Agregar az\u00facar si, al gusto, el falta dulzor.<\/li>\n
    • Dejar reposar durante otra hora, y reducir.<\/li>\n
    • Freir los bu\u00f1uelos en abundante aceite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
